Hi,
I haven't been able to receive not a single phone call on both my plan's sim cards (mine and spouse's), while roaming in Greece, this summer, from the 14th of July until now.
but everyone who tries to call my numbers, hears this message:
"Sorry, but the person you've called isn't available".
What could be going wrong?

Have you tried manually connecting to another Greek network
I say this because somebody had a similar problem and a change of network sorted it.

Thank you for making your first post regarding the calls you have been unable to receive while in Greece. I'm sorry to hear you had these issues and the original support steps did not work.
Are things working okay for you now that you tried connecting to another Greek network as @enlli suggested?

Hi,
yes, as suggested, switching to another network fixed the issue.
COSMOTE network seems to be allowing incoming phone calls.
