I recently moved from Ultimate Oomph to Ultimate Volt which required me to port out my Oomph number to O2. This has all gone through OK.
I have four other numbers left on my family plan which show up when I sign in to the app. However, there is a fifth number still there which is the temporary number I had when I originally ported my number in to Virgin from EE.
The problem is that that number has now been assigned to someone else and I can access their details (change plan, spending cap etc.).
This only happens when logged into the MyVirgin Media app (the number doesn't show in my account when accessing via a PC).
Is there any way that the number in question can be removed from the app?
