Just changed to Virgin with a 15Gb SIM. The data is extremely slow.
The Sim was replaced but it has not made any difference.
Not impressed.

So sorry to hear the issue persists @ferdens.
Have you tried the SIM in a different handset at all? With a replacement SIM still not working, this is quite a strange one.

@Travis_M the third post states everything they have done, which includes, new sim, resets plus using sims in different devices.
There nothing strange other than there's a conflict with Virgin & Vodafone mobile operations from day 1. Some user their speeds are OK to very good on the change rover (V&V) and others it's dead poor.
I had the issue in January to March of this year, and no about of sim replacement and factory reset will correct the data speed..
The OP ask a friend or family member that has Vodafone to compare speed's at the location you use you device more.
