Just changed to Virgin with a 15Gb SIM. The data is extremely slow.

The Sim was replaced but it has not made any difference.

Not impressed.

Is the service poor constantly no matter where you go?
How long have you been having the issues?  Did something change recently that caused this ?

Is the speed okay with wifi? Have you tried your sim in a different handset?

Joined Virgin last week. I complained about the speed so they sent me a new SIM. No difference.

Phone has been reset, SIM tried in another phone, still the same.

On the phone today to an adviser, tried lots of options, said the problem would be fixed today and he would get an engineer to check the mast and phone me back in a couple of hours.

No call back and problem still there.

Can't get my outside cameras to find the WiFi either.

Should have stayed with EE.

As Virgin use Vodafone for signal you can check here for problems

Can you please clarify are you connecting your wireless devices to your mobile network? Is this mobile broadband? 

Did you check the coverage before you took a deal out with us? OR the salesperson over the phone what did they advise?

Mobile Broadband. (Sim)
Coverage for my area is good for Virgin and Vodafone.
The agent asked me to change the settings to Vodafone but that does not come up on my phone.
