Slow 4G

I study in Chatham area and use Virgin mobile for my data and as of recently there has been a big shift and my data is very slow and only 1 bar throughout Chatham, as it’s a major town it’s slightly confusing why I don’t have good service anymore, I thought it might be a temporary problem but this has been going on throughout January. It’s a problem I only experience in Chatham so I don’t think it’s a problem with my phone, I’m wondering if this is something that I can sort myself or if I can at least find a reason for this. Thanks.

I am sorry you are having issues with your mobile service.

How long ago have you noticed this was happening?

Did you make any changes?

Do you know if your sim is EE or Vodafone hosted?
