Singal

Hi I swapped to Virgin in February 2019 . My signal is very poor only one bar I have changed my SIM card already but still poor there is nothing wrong with my internet can anyone advise me on what to do I am in the EH area .

Check the ofcom mobile signal checker for your postcode

There's a map option too. Check EE for vm's signal. 

There's also the EE service status page, unlikely if you have had problems since the start.

Indeed - as per Paul's advice, Virgin use EE to provide mobile coverage (with some subtle differences) so perhaps also check with any friends or relations that may also use (ideally) EE or Virgin, to see if they also have problems in your location.
