Hi,
replacement SIM arrived but will not work. Called virgin and they have said it has been activated. Tried a sim from a friend (vodaphone) and that works.
please help me with this

Hi Jodi was helping me yesterday but then must have finished work for the day. is there anyone else that can help please.
can you check the sim is active and phone is not on the blacklist, which it shouldn’t be as works with vodaphone sim.
