Hi I've contacted and spoke to someone on here I have had new phone and sim but because I didn't set up with the 30 days sim was deactivated the lady I spoke to has sent me out new sim and it was supposed to be here today its for my wife's phone but it hasn't arrived and now her old phone with old sim is saying not registered on network she's at home with two small ill children with no access to a phone ? I would if thought other sim would still work until new one came cam anyone help ?
