Sim upgrade

Hello,

Have been trying to help my son upgrade his sim. Website demands we call overseas call centre, who can’t  help and NEVER return our calls when asked. 
I have 3 mobile accounts, tv and internet, either someone sorts out this simple issue or I will move everything to BT or Sky who are offering exceptional deals.

Virgin used to run a great service, what’s happened?
