Over the last 2 weeks mine and my daughters sims have periodically been reporting “sim unavailable” my issue is now multiple times a day. I can restart the phone to sort but not ideal.
do I need replacement sims to resolve or something else I should try?
We’re over a year into use and using same mobiles so nothing has changed (iPhone 11 and iPhone 12)

I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the SIM saying it is unavailable.
May I ask if you've been able to try the SIM card in another phone and see if the issue continues?

apologies for the delay. Have now tries in another phone and same issue.
just to note it’s the same on both sims but mine is worse.
