Sim problems

Hi,

I upgraded my contract a few months ago, which came with a new phone and new smaller sim, but I kept using my old phone- that has now died entirely and I would like to activate my new phone and sim- how can I do this without being able to use the old phone?

I reckon you'll need to get a new sim anyway. They need activating within 30 days. You can contact them from any phone, 0345 6000 789

Was this a new contract with a different number or is it an upgrade?
