I got a new iPhone 5 days ago. Yesterday my phone said 'sim not working' so now I cannot receive any calls or messages. I have contacted to get a replacement sim. Apparently it takes from 3-5 days to get a replacement. This is not great when I need my phone for work. Has anyone else had problems with this?
Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that there's been a delay with your replacement SIM card delivery. Have you received the SIM card yet? Has this been activated and is the mobile service working for you now?
