I got the new s21 yesterday, with it I got a replacement sim card. I followed the steps of inserting the card and now waiting for activation.
I lost my old sim card so didn't have the old one. I also didn't get asked for a the pin number and didn't get a text.
Can you help please as I put the new sim card in yesterday and still getting the 'simnot provisioned' message and not registered to a network when trying to make a call 😞
