Samsung S22 arrived in the post and inserted the Sim into the phone - warning that the Sim is not provisioned has popped up. Also tried to start the porting process to keep my old number but nothing happens when I type my mobile acc number and surname in. Would someone be able to assist? Thanks!

Does this happen when you put the SIM into another handset?

I don't have another handset I can try unfortunately - the phone knows its a Virgin Media sim but says it's an unknown number.
