Sim not connected

Joined Virgin last October oomph bundle. Didn't need mobile phone until March when my contract runs out. Try to get Virgin sim to connect, failure. On looking into this supposed to connect within 90 days. Can't get through to company "technical difficulties" what a shambles. Well a year left on my contract.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, we are sorry to hear your Sim which came with your package is no longer active due to you not using since receiving which was longer than 90 Days, we appreciate the frustration not being able to speak to us to get this resolved, I will be more than happy to help and get another sim sent out, to do this I will need to clear security, I will send you an invite into a private chat, once received please click on the purple envelope to accept.
