Sim lost

I am overseas and my son sent me my new sim card that was recently sent to my home address. However this sim seems to have been lost in the post. Can a new one be sent to my home address pls.

I will get him to activate it but once he sends it out to me, can I transfer my puk code from my current service provider to this new sim from overseas?

thanks - can i swap numbers abroad ? or is that something that has to be done in the uk. i.e. from my current provider to virgin?
