Hi, I signed up online for a sim only deal. I’m new to Virgin. I received my pre-contract documents and a verify email address email.
I can’t yet login to my account, I hear that I need to insert the new sim, receive a text and then I’ll be able to login. Is this correct?
My concern is that I have no way to see if my sim has been posted and when it will be delivered.
Is this lack of ability of login into my mobile account and lack of communication on the progress of my order normal?
