I transferred my Virgin mini SIM from my old Motorola g3 to my new Google Pixel 4a and now it only allows me to make emergency calls. I have done all the resets, power ups, flight mode reboots and reseating the SIM, turning on APN, manual selection of 2g 3g and 4g but nothing seems to work. The Pixel 4a uses a micro SIM, could I have damaged it in the transfer? Do I need a new sim? How do I at one? HELP

Yep worked fine in the Motorola. I have run through some of the resets again with one of the Virgin tech supporters. No good. He has ordered me a new SIM. 3 to 5 days!
