Sim card replacement

Hi can anyone help, I have received letters to tell me to update my sim card, or my service will be cut off in 7 days.

No new sim card received, and I can't get hold of virgin to request a sim card, have text them and tried to call them, any advice please

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue looked into, I am sorry you have received a letter but no SIM card. We can send another out to you on the forums so we'll get it sorted if you haven't already with the other departments.

Hi,

 

I also have recieved no new SIM card and the number I dial just texts me a link to the mobile help page that tells me to ring the number.
