Sim card refreshing, resulting in a loss of wifi calls

Hi,

For some time I have been getting a prompt saying the sim card is refreshing.

I can see during this time the sim card manager shows no service provider where Virgin would normally be displayed. No number ever shows there.

It also often results in wifi calling being dusrupted. 

It normally happens whilst at home where the signal can deterate. Hense my concern with the wifi calling dropping out.

It also forces me to re-enable wifi calling from the dial setting or even restart the phone.

I'm currently on a Samsung F20 FE but have noted it on my previous phone to. A Samsung S6.

The sim has been changed, which appeared to resolve the issue at first but I still get the problem from time to time. Normally when returning home from areas with a stronger signal.

Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear about the problems you've had with mobile signal & WiFi calls. I'd like to take a closer look into it and see what we can do to help - please get back to me via PM (the purple envelope) and we'll be able to investigate further.
