I've broken my virgin mobile (samsung) so I've taken the sim out and put it in an old Huwawei I had. When I boot up the phone it asks for the sims NCK code but I'm not sure where to find that.

Your old phone is Network locked to a particular provider who need to supply you with the code.
Was it from Virgin?

No it was a back up phone from cex

Then you need to talk to cex if it was sold network unlocked as plainly it isn't.
The only people who can legitimately supplied the code are the network on which the phone was purchased.
That said many phone repair/unlock shops have ways round

Hi Siannec,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the community.
I'm very sorry to hear that your handset broke.
As enlli advised we would recommend that you take the handset the company you bought the handset from so they can work to provide the unlock code.
