I have tried repeatedly to sign into my billing account it tells me my password is incorrect so I try to change it and capcha just wont let me past. So as I haven't used it in a while I wondered well maybe I haven't actually signed up for this so I try to set up a new account and once again Captcha just keeps repeating itself and I cannot for the life of me get passed it! Its driving me to distraction can somebody please help me get logged so I can view my bill? I have tried on an off to do so for mths now and as I've added a new phone account for my little girl and her bills are ridiculously high I need to see why!
@mistybaloo12 those capchas are a pain in the *** especially if it's the one with the "click on the same picture" type. Those work best on larger screens, so if you are doing it on a mobile you're better off on a tablet, laptop or desktop machine.
