My signal has gone in BS149TE this area is a city and it has gone from 20mb to half a megibite . Come on Virgin help me this is two weeks and all I have been told is to move to someone better like 02 mobile .

I find Virgin mobile has got so bad to be with . My signal has gone from 20mb to 500kb/s half a megibite and now I can't even sent a note to them on this site .

Screenshot_20211031-184156.pngsometime I am on a call and it drops out but most of the time I can't even call out . This is since the mask was worked on . It been two weeks since the work and I have got nowhere with Virgin . My area is BS149TE why can't technical help it's Virgin customers !

As I say, if it is proved to be a signal problem there is little Virgin can do as that falls under the remit of whoever supplies your signal.

I think we need to establish which network you are using. Can you do a manual network search and post a screen shot.

BTW it is mast not mask
