I have recently received my new SIM Card as part of the Oomph Bundle.
I am attempting to Register an Account but in doing so is asking me for a Security Answer which I don't remember making. My usual Security Answer I use when talking to Virgin Media over the phone does not work.
I have clicked on the "I don't know the answer" link and called the numbers given but understand that due to Coronavirus your call centre is unavailable.
Can anyone assist? I need to register and setup an account to enable me to register my PAC from my existing provider.
