Settings for new phone

I think I deleted the virgin mobile texts setting up my new phone - do they need to be present. New can't send any texts!

No, you just need to read and delete the configuration texts. Call customer services and ask them to resend the configuration messages.

HI, try this it worked for me.

Text - 'All' to 789922 and follow the install instructions.

this should download all Virgin settings.

all resolved - Virgin sent a partial apn message so resent and all fine
