Hello
I switched from Virgin PAYG to Pay Monthly last Monday, keeping the same number / SIM, however when I log in to my account there are messages saying:
'Your services have been barred as you have an outstanding balance'.
'You have reached your £0.00 credit limit. Please make a payment to resume your services'
even though my account is £10.70 in credit..
Please advise what I need to do to resume service.
