Anyone else having trouble with virgin mobile? I can’t make calls, use my data or send texts?

Are you all up to date with your bills and payments? You can check this via your online account: virg.in/youracc
If that's all up to date, have you tried a full reboot of the handset and done a manual network search?

yes every bill is paid by dd on time without fail. i rebooted my phone only to find out that services had infact gone down in the area so I will be expecting some form of credit on my next bill please
