My SIM stopped working while in Italy. Before I have the replacement SIM shipped out to me, will it need to be activated in the UK?

Hi Connel,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, we are sorry to hear your current SIM stopped working, your new SIM will have to be activated in the UK for it to work in Italy , you can find out how to activate the SIM card here?
