New phone WiFi details across, but messaging app not working now. Can't reset via virgin as wants to send me a text with OTP ! HOW TO RESOLVE? Away from home otherwise would use PC.

Can you please advise me what make and model your handset is? Are you also able to tell me what messaging app you're struggling with?

Have you recent ported your number into Virgin Mobile from a different provider?
