Security Question

I've had a Virgin Mobile contract since October last year, but I've simply been using the mobile app to check my allowances.

Tried to create an online account but it's asking for a security question that I never setup. Called 789 but, after 2 hours on hold, I've realised phone lines are a no go for pretty much every business right now. Any help?
