STAC Code not processed so still being charged by the provider I moved from!

Would there be a reason why when I sent my STAC code to Virgin from Vodafone that they didn’t process it immediately, meaning that two months down the line I am still being charged for a mobile phone that should have been disconnected within a few days of virgin receiving my STAC code? Would anyone have an answer to this? Plus as usual VIRGIN phones are busy so I can’t get hold of a person!

I'm very sorry that you haven't yet had your number changed over, as you requested. I can appreciate you're keen to get this sorted out as soon as possible.

 

How did you give the STAC code to us? Did you receive any confirmation from your request to change your number?
