Hi,
I have a problem when using the 4g Data in my virgin phone. I cannot access some websites due to an SSL error. The sites are generally related with alcohol (laithwaites, cellartracker...).
My phone is an Android and the time zone is correct and I have reset the network settings.
It is a dual phone so I have tried with my other sim (Spanish one) and I can go without any problem. So it seems something is blocking it.
I don't have (or shouldn't have) any parental control. In any case, Can you please let me know how to proceed?
Thanks

Thanks for posting on our community forum!
It sounds like you may have some parental controls enabled, I will drop you a private message now so we can double check this and make any corrections if so.
Please keep an eye on your inbox.

Thank you for confirming those details via private message for me, I've just had a toggle with the network settings - can you try and access that now for me?

Thanks Travis, it seems it is working now. Was the issue some parental control?
Thanks

Hello
I'm having the same problem with accessing sites where I can purchase alcohol. Please can you help me switch off the content filter too? I don't want to disable the full parental controls
Thank you

Hi Rparker,
Thank you for your post. I'm very sorry for any issue you're having with accessing those sites.
We would need to fully disable parental control to allow this.
I will private message you to get some information so we can proceed with this.
