SMS text messages

I’ve an iPhone 11 but not receiving any text messages, issue only started today, need resolving as need to receive text for work. All iMessages and calls are fine. I followed advise on the device help section without success any ideas?

I am so sorry to see you are facing this issue with your phone, can I ask if you have send as SMS enabled in your message settings?

Yes making & receiving calls are fine
