SMS not sending

Since being 'upgraded' to a new pay monthly SIM only plan I can't seem to send SMS texts reliably. Phone shows signal being fine and no problems receiving them

I am sorry to see this, have you only got this issue in certain areas? Do you get any error messages when a message does not send?

Happens mostly at home even though I've got a reasonable signal. Android SMS app just says message not sent. I have to click resend several times before it goes. The app is updated to the latest version

Have you tried using the SIM in a different handset to see if it is the SIM or the phone at fault?
