My wfe's SIM is not connecting & she cannot make/receive calls & texts. I tried using in sim1 & sim2, done a system update on her device, but this hasn't made any difference. When I search network operators & click Virgin, it says, not able to support this SIM.
I've tried my SIM card in her device & could receive a call, straight away.
Is this simply a broken SIM that need replacing, or could it be anything else? Many thanks
