Hi,this is my third sim sent by VM and it is not working. Spent alot of time on the phone to try to get the DD sorted.Im still getting billed for a sim I cant use, any help please.
Got an email for VM saying I owe them 2 months of missed payment,I have tried three times with 3 differnt sims sent, checked the DD but still no service. Worried about how this will affect my CR
