Spoke to virgin weeks ago about a new deal. Decided not to go ahead and made it clear. Yesterday 5/07 received a text from Virgin saying here is your PAC code sorry you are leaving. Phoned today 6/07 to say i wasn't and why the text. Tried to make out i'd requested it. Told the person i was speaking to that i did not request a PAC code or anything else. Might as well have been talking to a robot now, a couple of hours after phoning Virgin Media it's now coming up with SIM not provisioned. I've been with NTL/virgin close to  20 years. Now i'm honestly thinking of leaving
