Hi, I have broadband and 4 SIM cards with Virgin Media.
2 of the SIM cards are on a Family Plan, the other 2 always showed "Sorry, you’re not eligible for Family Plan just yet".
I thought they were not eligible because they didn't meet the minimum requirements, so I upgraded one of the two from 1000mins + 1GB (£6.09 a month) to 1000mins + 2GB (£8.12 a month).
According to the Family Plan exclusions (see below), classic plans above 1GB data are eligible; so why is that 2GB SIM card still reported as not eligible?

Hi fafa1971, thanks for getting in touch.
I'm not immediately sure why 2 of the SIM's are showing as ineligible for a family plan - so I'd like to take a closer look into it and see what we can do to help.
