Hi! A new SIM arrived for me yesterday. I turned my phone off, put in the SIM, booted the phone, and I was expecting to enter the provided PIN but this hasn't happened and so I'm unable to activate my SIM. Any advice?
I've tried restarting the phone, taking out and replacing the SIM etc. Thanks!
