I put my new (replacement for a lost) SIM into my mobile over 24 hours ago. It didn't ask me to enter a pin. It shows as having full signal and 4g however I am unable to sent text messages or to use the internet. I had this problem last time and someone from had to activate the SIM for me. I'm guessing this is the case again?

Can you confirm you have followed the steps that came with the SIM?
Please can you reboot your mobile phone and see if it completes?

Hello. The steps were just to insert the sim into the phone and turn it on and off.
I have done this a few times now.
