SIM issues

For 6 months I’ve been without a working SIM.

 

Firstly E-SIM never worked now having spent 6 hours waiting for customer service and having to speak to 6 different representatives- I’m still waiting for a working SIM to be delivered.

I have of course been charged for the last 6 months.

Really stuck now on what to do?
