SIM card not working.

My SIM card is not working on settings it says “network unavailable” how do I resolve this problem. Thank you

Sorry to hear of the issues with the sim card, with the error message "Network Unavailable"

Can you please confirm if you've been able to try the sim card in an alternative handset?

Is the sim card newly issued to you, or has this been in your handset for sometime?

thanks for the reply, the SIM card won’t work in any other devices ether. I haven’t used this SIM for a while as the phone was sent away to get fixed from apple.
