I received a VM SIM last year along with the oomph TV bundle. My current phone contract expires next month so I have gone to use the VM SIM provided and put in a PAC code to keep my number but the SIM card doesn't seem to work - no signal when using it, which means I cannot set the SIM up on the Virgin Mobile app, make calls or send texts.
My phone is unlocked for all carriers, please advise how I can get this sorted?

I would like to help with getting this sorted for you.
I have attempted to locate the Mobile account on our side but have been unable.
