SIM card not activating

Hi, my replacement SIM card is not activating.  It has been 24 hours, phone is unlocked and no unlock PIN being requested for SIM. I have rebooted several times and tried in two phones.  Can someone help please?

Hi Harridge, 

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your replacement SIM sorted, I am sorry it's not activating!

I've taken the time to check your service on my side and have activated it, however if you're still outside of the UK it may take some time to process and in the worst case scenario - may not activate at all as you're not within the UK Network. 

Please let me know how you get on.
