I have a virgin sim that is not working.

It has installed correctly but won’t connect to any provider.

I can confirm this is correct @enlli.

However, in this case, @jpbuc1982 had their eSIM issued before we stopped issuing them out for new orders. We are still able to support those who have eSIMs in the case of an issue.

Sorry, what does this mean?

 @jpbuc1982 This means we no longer offer eSIMs to new customers.

This however does not affect existing customers who have the eSIM already. We will aim to support you in the best way possible.

I have also sent you a message via PM. Please reply when possible.

I cannot log on because it’s sending a code to my phone - which doesn’t work!!

Can you further expand on where you are trying to log on?

Also what code are you receiving?

I am trying to log onto virgin mobile.

 

the password has updated on phone to this and I cannot reset my password because the code is being sent to a number I cannot access.

iPhone XS failed 1 month prior to contract ending. Bought new phone. Provided with an esim - by Virgin, hasn’t worked. Still charged despite having no service provided. 2 months with no access to virgin number. 

No response to DMs since last Weds. leave UK tomorrow until 10th December..

just awful.

tried resetting and using scan code - now just takes me to an error page.

Hours of time wasted, 2 months of charges, and still NO PHONE

Over three years Ive never missed a payment. I continue to pay for a service I’m not receiving - Now this is how I’m treated.
