S21 Ultra case

Hi,

I have an S21 Ultra with samsung case  S pen.

Unfortunately the case has become floppy already, around the charging point, and im qorried it will get worse, and not protect the phone (only had it 2 months)

How do I get the case changed / replaced.

Hi Brian, 

I am sorry, to hear this and unfortunately, as this is classed as a consumable we will be unable to replace, you can buy phone cases from a variety of online and in-store retailers.

Ah thats a shame,

What was the reason for asking where I bought it then?

Consumable or not,  all items should have a return / replace policy.

If it is Samsung's own you are best contacting them. I've always found them very helpful.
