Hello ,
I am roaming in India and my Virgin SIM is not working at all . I did not get any messages after landing and it shows "No service" . I visited India last month and has same problem . On my return to UK , Virgin said it is because of SIM being very old . They sent me a new SIM and I am suing the same . They did say it should all work fine now . Here I am roaming and still not working with brand new replacement SIM
