Roaming not working abroad


Can anyone from the virgin team help.

Not able to make a call at the moment so hoping someone who works for virgin can help me out. I've tried reaching live support on the hotel wifi but apparently nobody's available.

I have roaming switched on in my iPhone SE settings and checked it was enabled before I left the UK but still, in Tenerife, I have access to calls and texts but no data. Other members of my party do have access on the same Spanish network (Movistar) so I'm guessing there's still something on virgin's end that needs activated

I'd be grateful for any help

Thanks for your post on the Community Forum and welcome. I'm sorry that you're having a problem with your data roaming service. Is this working for you now?
