have you tried sending a text to 789922 with the word ALL. This will send you two setting texts back for you to install roaming settings.
Your phone should find a network automatically. If you still are having an issue i suggest you give VM a call. They can either forward the settings manually by email or talk you through filling in the apn settings manually on the call.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems using your phone whilst you're abroad in Spain. I can appreciate you're keen to get this resolved as soon as possible.
On your handset, you should have the SIM toolkit on your main screen. Can you click on that and select Roaming > Manual network > international. Once that's done, can you go back and do a manual network search.
Thank you. It looks like you have one of our old SIM cards so we'll need to get this replaced as soon as you're back in the UK.
In regards to your roaming issue, can you please reboot the handset and run another manual network search. If you're not able to connect to any, can you please provide a screenshot of what's happening?
