Roaming in Tenerife

I am unable to connect to any mobile network while in Tenerife.

I called support and they informed me that roaming was enabled on my account. I enabled it on my phone before I left but it does not work.

 I've tried searching for networks manually but it won't connect to ant.

The purple envelope is top right of these forum pages. You'll find it next to your user name and a purple bell. Should have a number one in it.
